Jyotish foundations
Learn the vocabulary in sequence, then use it to ask better questions about a full chart. Jyotish is an interpretive tradition rather than a scientifically established forecasting method.
Start with the chart

Put the concepts to work
A house describes a topic; a graha adds a traditional symbol; sign, rulership and other chart factors can change the reading. Choose a Jupiter placement or Mercury placement to see that process. The Rahu hub shows how to consider an opposite-house axis. Nakshatras introduce another division of the zodiac. Start with the question that matters to you, and do not infer a person’s fate from one component.
